We just had our 2005 5th annual Fog Belt Pumpkin Competition.We had 10 registered growers.We had 7 in the finish.The following is a list of the growers and the weight their pumpkin weighed in at.Al Richardson 90#, Lisa & Mark Hitchock 146#,Darren & Sherry Zeller 221#, Stormy Mullaly 279#,Nancy Schriver & Ann 351#,Tom Sullens 849#, Frank Barth 977#.This competition took place in Reedsport,Or.and the surrounding area.This competition is no more then 20 miles from the ocean.Those in Reedsport are just 2 miles from the ocean.
