Here are the Weigh-Off dates for the 3 California Weigh-Offs.....
Oct. 1.........Elk Grove
Oct. 10........Half Moon Bay
Oct. 22........Borchard Farms (Salinas)

Once again Lila Vezzolo has arranged a super low rate for our Borchard/Salinas weekend.......please call early for reservations at the Laurel Inn as the Air Show is the same weekend......... our IPA friends from Japan will be joining us again this year....... looks like we will be having another fun filled weekend in Salinas in October.

Sonoma County Harvest Fair...October 2 in Santa Rosa, California.
This year the Sonoma County Harvest Fair Weigh Off is going to be open to any resident of California (in the past it has been only open to Sonoma County residents). They don't care if your pumpkin has already been weighed...in fact they are hoping that you will load up your pumpkin after Elk Grove (the day before) and come on over to Santa Rosa for their weigh off. Although it has not been officially announced yet, the rumor is that there will be $1000 for first place.
