If you want to set a 2nd fruit on the
Plant do you put it on a side vine after the 1st set and how many dap?

Big hitters should have a better answer for you but I still try to set off the main if possible for the 2nd set. My fields are usually maturing at around 30 days so I set right before that or when I start seeing the first hint of orange on the current pumpkin.
