Dani's competition big head sunflowers (12 total) are all about 2' tall now. We direct seeded but had a late start due to June 3rd frost. Still plenty of time to mature.

Good idea about repurposing the tripod. Wont need to this year. Topping out @ 8.5 or 9 ft.
