I've got a nice tripple blossom but the stem diameter is small and about 4 inches long horizontal. Maybe put pic on diary tomorrow. I really have to support it. Trouble is I topped the plant.I didn't pay attention the long skinny stem lol.

I would guess you will have to take a "wait and see approach." Once in a while, I believe we all regret some pruning we have already done.
