I took me two years...but I have finally made my cross. I am thinking will have about 100 seeds available. I am going to package them in 5 packs. Rick S has the Big Marley competition. I want the DelBrut competition. I will pay $100 to the grower that grows the biggest DelBrut.

Already planning on sending seeds to:
WixomGrower
GardenRebel
BillF
WilieCoyote
Dustin

this means there are 15 seed packages left

the first 15 that post with their email address...I will send 5 seeds to

Can the DelBrut be anywhere near the BigMarley?

I have had two private emails wanting seeds...leaves me i think 3 more packages for sure. After those 3 are gone..I will see if I have any left over. I estimated 100 seeds...Not sure how accurate my estimate is.

Those that replied so far..in the next few days, I will be emailing you for your address.Hoping to package on Sunday..and get them in the mail on Monday. Thanks for the interest...it is a whole lot better when multiple growers will try a cross to see what it can do. One person to grow them all would take years to form an opinion. No guarantees..each cross is gamble.

Looking forward to it Bob.
I think there could be some huge potential there.
Thanks for the opportunity.

Private emails have taken the final seed packages..I did a quick count...I am leaving myself 30 seeds for the future. I should get the seeds all in the mail by Monday..as long as I get your mailing addresses...I am slowly replying in email to all of you. By Saturday, should have contacted everyone. It will be interesting in how the F1 reacts. Brutus Magnum seems to have very thin vines and small leaves. This explains why it does so well outside vs inside. Sunlight is so much stronger than artificial light. The delicious seems to me to develop more along the lines of a big zac. Fruit density...the brutus magnum was very dense...almost solid inside vs the delicious that had open spots. The delicious seemed to put out mega's at a higher rate than the brutus. All the orginal Delbruts should have identical DNA. Both the delicious and the brutus are high enough f number that it should be one of each. Next generation will really tell the difference. If you guys are bored...email me with your growing environment. Would love to know if the F1 likes high ph...low ph...high temps...low temps...anything.

I wont let this cross die...but the more info I get...can make the next cross of it better. Thanks again, all of you.
