Can someone explain to me how I get an official result for the early tomato weigh off? Thanks =)

Here are the GPC guidelines for the early tomato's:

Basically, take your tomato to a certified, digital scale, take a photo of it on the scale, have the scale operator sign as a witness on the GPC form, put scale cert info on the form. What is not on the form is tomato variety info. I put that in the growers comments on the GPC form.
I scan the filled out GPC form and send the form and photo of the tomato on the scale to the email address on the GPC guidelines.
