Garden Rebel (Team Rebel Rousers)

Lebanon, Oregon

So far this year my tomatoes have been average. I have been good at producting the blooms but not growing them. My soil is out of wack with too much N. I usually pick off the new growth growing out of the leaves. Some may have seen this. I did let some grow. Especially on the Domingo's, the first truss of flowers off a new stem growing out of the leaf, has HUGE multiple blooms with its associated stem. The same thing with the Russian Oxhearts I am growing. These blooms are starting to be the biggest I have seen on either plant all year. Real fatty's. I will get some pic's out on Tuesday. Again, this year I can grow a flower, but for those who have been able to grow tomatoes to their potential this year it is something to keep an eye and be aware of for round #2!(Mr. Wixom).

Try to introduce some phosphorous and potassium. I use NutraAid Bloom Booster and Fruit Finisher, as a drench each week. I also recommend adding in Humic Acid around your plant bases and foliar feed Biomin Calcium. Try to remove the bottom branches and all suckers. Hope this helps!
