Subject: variety characteristics?

Grew several plants last year (16). A couple had larger more potato-like leaves. Would that indicate a different variety? What are known characteristics of different varieties?

Yes probably , I know the delicious variety has bigger potato like leaves in my soil....

Domingo variety grows a bit more tree-like (when pruned) in my soil..this jet branches/less leaf branches..and a tad lighter shade of green

this is a potato leaf characteristic. i haven't seen this in delicious variety ?
