Italo is a variety originally grown in Canada by Italo Santangelo. He was a winner at The Great Tomato Hunt held in Ontario at Consiglio's U-Save Center for many years though now defunct. Some of the largest officially weighed tomatoes in the world at that time were entered in the contest there. Italo gave me some of his seeds and I named them after him and distributed them to many growers here and in Canada. They had been grown by his family for many years at first in Italy and then in Canada. Italo has since passed away but his children continue to grow his seeds and live somewhere near Ontario. I have sent you a personal email and will be happy to see that you get some seeds. Marv
