Does anyone have an email address for Earl Cadenhead of Franklin, OH, or phone number?

On top of Brush Mountain, Pa.

I heard that Earl was very sick 2 years ago and stopped posting at any of the tomato sites. It is feared that he may have passed. He lived in Franklin, Ohio. He was famous for his tomatoes and planting techniques. His main thing that he wrote about a lot was what to put in your "tomato planting hole."
