One of my tomatoes is resting against the main vine in one spot does this matter or should I brace it out with something ? just wonderin if there would be potential rot in that spot?

I have a tomato that is currently growing that is wedged between the two vines I have on the plant.
I have applied pressure to the vines in order to move the tomato over in order for it to get it unwedged, however I still fear that too much is needed to free it and would cause the vine I'm pulling on to break.
The tomato will continue to grow and will push on the vine.
It will also grow in a shape in order to continue to grow since the vine causes an obstruction.
If you can remove the tomato, fine then remove, otherwise leave it be and monitor it and the plant for any issues from it.

Addendum;
Please allow me to clarify what I meant when I said "" removal "".
I meant extricating the tomato from it being wedged, not fully removing the tomato from the plant.
