Pizza, you are ahead of me. We are deep under the snow here in the mountains and thoughts of gardening are on the bottom of the list. Seed catalogs have been arriving though. Your list is impressive.

Both Marv and me have got a special one to try this new season in trials, a Yellow version of Brutus Magnum, and as far as I know this mutation has never been seen before-should be interesting ?-wouldn't it be nice if a four or five pound or more yellow Brutus came out of this rarity.
If I get mine to grow alright-there should be plenty of spare seeds to swap this coming fall.

Johnston/Butler seeds, Timm seeds & a couple of our 7.33's in our patch. There are 1 or 2 seeds from Europe that might make the cut too. We hope to have 8 plants this year. Good luck all.

probably my 3.98 Lorson,
4.78 Lorson,
a 6.51 Meisner,
5.5 Meisner, and probably a
5.08 Maston. might also try some checkon seeds from a few years ago that are in the timm line unless anyone has any Timm seeds they want to trade me.

there will be others that will begin as production plants, but may turn into big mater plants quickly with the appearance of megablooms

I am growing most of my competition maters in my pumpkin patch from last year. I hope to have a minimum of 30-40 plants for this year. I am going to try something new on a row of plants to see if it works.

7.33 Hunt 10. > 5.0 Timm.
5.58 Timm 08. > 3.9 Catapano.
5.50 Butler 12 > 5.58 Timm
5.41 Landry 11. > 3.4 Catapano.
5.32 Lyons 11. > 3.9 Catapano.
4.91 Lyons 11. > 5.58 Timm.
4.90 Nieuwenhoff 12.
3.72 Matesa 12. > 5.41 Landry
3.50 Matesa 12. > 6.5 Meisner
3.90 Catapano 07.

No specific plans yet, but here's an overview.

I will only be putting in about 6 tomato plants (in contrast to 22 in 2012) in my giant tomato bed this year, with the goal of maximizing root mass so as to, presumably, feed the growing fruits better. These will all be from documented giants.

I plan on trialing at least 50 additional heirloom varieties with claims to produce huge fruits.

One of these days I need to compile and report my results from 2011, when I grew over 100 of these "giant" varieties!
