This is my first time trying to grow big. I have two good tomatos on one plant. The biggest seems to be more aggresive. Should I cull the smaller one and go with one on the plant?

What ever you want to do but the bigger one will get bigger if you cut the small one off I grew a 4.55 3.22 2.56 and several 2.00 on the same plant I don't think it matters as much as pumpkins.

Yes you should cull the smaller one to allow the plant to focus it's energy on the one tomato.
This is pointed out in Marv Meisner's book " Growing Giant Tomatoes".
Cull it, the sooner the better.
