There is a good start on such a project here: http://www.ipga.us/Staterecords.htm
A few records are posted here: http://www.perrysgreenhouse.com/vbforum/showthread.php?4588-Records-for-Big-Tomatoes&p=71997&highlight=state+record#post71997
This site has the potential to be a clearinghouse for state records as well: http://giantgardening.com/rec_tomato.php
Eventually I also hope to post records in a format similar to: http://www.gianttomatoseeds.com/big_tomato_list.html
Short answer - apparently nothing comprehensive yet. I think it's a project work tackling. I'll certainly work on it if people will pass along the information!
