My Dad, made it back in the day. Don't have a recipe, but remember, it did the job !

You need a tomato with a lot of sugar content. I had a friend who made it with sungold cherry tomatoes. I recommend those or yellow riesentraube or Jaun Flame those
are the tomato's I know of with the hightest brix, and good flavor.
