Giant Tomatoes by Marvin Meisner (aka lubadub)
Best $20 or so you can spend. It tells you first how to grow good healthy tomatoes, then how to grow for greatness. It covers from patch to harvesting your seeds :)

The book by Charles Wilber is very good. He grew totally organic and made his own compost. The name of the book is "How to grow World Record Tomatoes." Wilber is in the Guiness Book of Records for total yield from one tomato plant and tomato height. Marv
