Hi,
I'm hoping to get a heavy tomato set for a very small local show in the not too distant future. My problem is that I'm struggling to get a set on the plants. I have regular toms growing elsewhere with every single tom setting ( over 100). Just not these heavy toms.
Does any one have any tips that they could lend to a newbie?
Many thanks for your time

Shake the plant..They are self pollinating.

the electric toothbrush placed onto the backup the blossom to vibrate the pollen off is supposed to work good. i have had so much wind hear that i haven't had to work about shaking the plants. i do go by and shake the flower clusters ever day a bit by hand when i walk by them and prune suckers.
