In my green house i started tomatoe seeds temps during the day almost a 100 degrees in there at night i keep them bet 70 and 80 degrees and im being told not to keep them to wet

You should vent to keep those temps below low 90's. Usually upper 80s will make tomatoes very happy during the day. Once they are past 4 true leaf stage and probably had their first uppotting, I will let them dry out a bit between waterings (set in deep tray and top water and leave them with about an inch of water in bottom to soak for about an hour, then remove) and they get two or so waterings a week. Too soggy is no good for them.

I will agree with okie twice a wek watering is good....use the finger test.
