This is the web site where you can see these. They are expensive but they last a long time. Have any of you tried them? Concrete reinforcing wire for cages is not cheap. These look like they fold up nicely for storage. What do you guys think? Too expensive?

just use concrete mesh if your going to get one of those. who needs to save storage space you can leave them in the patch!

Calf pen panels, they're about 9 gauge and 4x6" holes; you can make one 2' x 8' cage from one.

If you want to make cages of concrete reinforcing wire, here is the deal. You can buy 150 feet of the wire at your local Lowe's store or elsewhere. It costs about $100 for 150 feet. The wire is 5 feet tall and the holes in it are 4 inches by 6 inches. It takes around 7 feet of wire to make one cage. So you will get around 20 cages from 150 feet of wire and they will be costing you about $5 a cage, a pretty good deal. They will last longer than you will.

I love my Texas Tomato Cages. I'll never go back to CRW cages again.

Found crw roll on craigs list. Was free for pick up.
Made 30 cages. Should last a few years. Can't see paying that much.
