Pizzapete:
Minnie made the Big Zac cross long ago. She used 2 of the largest tomatoes she was growing in her yard and crossed them. She learned how to make a cross by reading about it and then experimenting. The result was Big Zac, a pink tomato that grows big and is very tasty. It is a Beefsteak which is what one of the parents was.Minnie taught me how to make a cross.
