I wondered what the minimum temps should be Our days are fine now -from 70*-85* But there is still some night time lows from 55* down to as low as 45* ,, So will the 45* nights hurt the little buggers ??

Im new to this website and was happy to fine a tomato forum, Im much better at growing tomatoes then pumpkins. 45* shouldn't hurt them unless there is frost at that temperature in your area. Frost is the killer not the actual temperature, unless of course it's below 32*, then temperature matters. but say it was 35* with wind, and therefore no frost, they would be ok, it wouldn't be ideal but they wouldn't die.
