Tree top there are many great seeds out there.
You could visit any of the seed auctions here at BP. com and find some great seeds, all while supporting local clubs.
I believe the GWG are having another auction soon.
Should be loads of great seeds for sale.
There are also seed sales sponsored by different clubs as well.
Generally the top sellers are in no order;
Any kind of Kent seeds.
Edwards.
Mitchell.
Dawson.
Clementz.
Barbour.
Mudd.
Bright.
Those are your traditional seeds.
The heavy hitters so to speak.
There are many other great growers who can pass on great information.
I suggest reading back pages of this board.
There is a lot of great info here.

Sure.
Did Marvin email you with his germination set up ?
I do mine the same way.
If you look back at my growers diary last year I have some photos that might help.
You really should read back pages on this board.
All sorts of great info.
Test your soil.
Add what it says.
I would make sure I have a good spray program.
Fungicides( both systemic and preventive) and insecticides.
Research.
Again, I can't say enough about these back pages here.
There's everything from disease control,seed starting,insect control,pollination techniques,fertilization recommendations .....
Good luck.

When it gets closer to planting time we can talk about seed starting.
We got a couple months.

Thinking big

Forest Hill,md.

Hey Ben, In regards to your photo in your diary it reminds me of fertilizer burn?Maybe a to concentrated amount dripped on leaves or just to much for plant to absorb.Just my 2 1/2 cents worth...

Thanks Michael.
Could be possible.
To me it looks like a downy mildew.
Maybe.
Not present on any thing else.
Eh. I won't be heartbroken.
Just for practice.
Eventually I'm going to pull it to look at the root system.
I think it's most interesting that the plant has developed a problem, while being inside.
Are foliar diseases seed borne ?
