Anyone know how to eliminate pocket gophers? They have destroyed most of the garden, part of the melon patch and are now working on the lawn. The mounds they are creating on the lawn make it hard for my wife to mow the grass with the new reel-type push mower I bought for her anniversary present. Help!!! Regards, Clutch

Clutchhitter, check your local farm stores, they will have baits and traps you can use. Another way is to go out late, late in the evening with heavy game loads via 12 gauge being still and watch for movement, dirt being pushed up, heavier pellets takem out, it also helps with leveling out the mounds. That is if your not in the city limits and the farm store won't help you out of jail,lol...Good luck.

On golden anniversary you might get her one of those new gas powered push mowers, I hear they have 3 horsepower.
