I've had a few days like that, but when it happens in my patch it means I measured wrong the day before.

I thought I had 8 lbs a day, until I measured today to find very little growth.

Yep, I found that I added wrong 3 days ago. I am only getting 3.5 lbs a day. That is more the norm.

I would double check your math from when you last measured.

lol I had 7 Lbs in 36 hrs from sunday nite till tuesday 7.am
I had let plant get a little drier than planned after nearly 6 inchs of rain.So i quickly water sunday 1/2 inch & followed Monday am with another 1/4 inch,maybe 3/8s.to gain 7 lbs in 36 hrs.I measured tonite 36 hrs later to find a 10 lb. gain,after 3/4 inch of rain I will check again in 24 hrs to keep it honest & ck my math,before I buy the girdle!!lol

So thats 17 lbs in 3 days = 5.6 lbs a day 8 was a strech!LOl
But hey Im happy with 5.6.will try to keep that going for the rest of august!Cha Ching! will add up till the tail gate drops! right Janet!!Hows Flipper??

Had a cloudy day about 3 hrs of sun she did 2 inchs = 5 lbs.OTT 169.5= 141.75 lbs not bad day 34.I thought 8 lbs would fet your attention LOl!
