I think I noticed aphids on one of my seedlings this afternoon. When is a good time to start a spray program for insect and fungal disease control? Should it be as soon as the seeds are germinated or after the first true leaf or when I first notice problems or just when? I sprayed for insects as soon as I noticed the aphids.

I am sure you are right Janet. There are already lots of tiny little bugs in my garden. I don't know what they are though. I have seen a few stink bugs too. And I found a tick on me a few minutes ago, so it may be a bad year for them. I know it was a bad year for that one as he has gone to meet his maker.LOL
