All of my amendments have been added to the patch per lab recommendations. So, the only feeding I'd need to do is to keep the levels up to where they should be. I'll be doing that through my drip system. It occurs to me that if my entire drip system is laid out in advance of the growing plant that I'll be dumping unneeded solutions where the plant hasn't gotten to which will mean over time areas where the plant hasn't grown to yet may be "over dosed" when the plant gets there. I'm thinking of just rolling out the tape as the plant grows keeping it pinched off on the ends until needed. What do you think?

No feeding but biologicals and teas until the fruit is growing and you get your first soil or tissue test back. Then add what's needed to keep that soil balanced.
Like you stated, you already have plenty of food in the soil for your plant to grow!:)

I've spoke to a few heavy hitters that have pollinated and haven't added a thing and have amazing plants right now. They won't add until they get their results back to see what the plant is actually taking up.
Maybe a sprinkle of nitrate early with the cool soil. Its been a cool start for a lot of growers.

Do you have valves on each line? I open my valves just ahead of the growth to save water (and ferts). But as Chris said, I've not fertilized other than 1 foliar feed of broad spectrum micronutrients and a little (as is less than a few tablespoons) of Calcium Nitrate a few weeks ago.

Got it! I have some rootshield I'll probably send through the drip and some seaweed. I'll stick to that. I don't have valves on each line but it's simple enough to add a new strip of tapes or clamp them off as needed. I'll do that I guess. I can back feed the excess water/pressure back into my IBC's if I need to until I'm using all my drip tape. So. Cal. I hope your right and hope everyone gets has some fun this year.

Yeah, as these things start really feeding, 30, 40, 50 I've even had 60 pounds plus in a 24 hour period,,,, the feeding can really change.

Right now is the calm before the storm.
