Anyone know how far in advance individual club seed auction lists are posted? Is there some standard time, e.g. 3 days before, or something like that.

I was really just trying to inspire Stephen Madan to reveal his list so I can see what the CGPG club is holding. Planting a seed, so to speak. :) I attended a great weigh off event there last season so I thought I'd give them some support this year.

I'm sure I'll be corrected in that they may start being here and there rather than always as close as 1-2 weeks; I had looked for you a page of last year's to study but that is no more.
It's neat-o to look at it every few days and see what's on the menu -
else, if the (Seed U) want is on the (Men U) - eg

It really depends when the club has their lots determined & auction list made. It is a lot of work & uncertainty as an auction manager waits for seeds to arrive in the mail.

As the coordinator for the California Pumpkin Growers Club auctions we try to get the lots posted as soon as we have the lots established. We sent out some 60 bubbles and have had about 45 of them returned. We have great seeds to offer but won’t finalize our auction posting until all seeds are in hand and checked (sone have trouble in the mail).

My seed sprouted! Steve emailed me and explained the waiting game and how it affects the posting time. Kinda like Nut Tree explained here. I was able to get a 2463 from the Ohio club site a few days ago. Thought about buying a second one, but that seed is sold out there now. I know CT will have some good ones. I think the Lion's share of big ones were grown in the US this year. Looking forward to the auction.

Typo Report: I said I bought a 2463 - I meant to say 2493.
Anyway it still look like the 2493 is sold out on the OVGPG site Truckin.
