Clubs—As a courtesy to the buyers, it is nice to receive a confirmation email that the info (most clubs ask for an email to be sent with the buyers info and the lots purchased) sent to you also appears to be correct on your end, For small single purchases where there is not much room for confusion or adding errors I don’t mind sending a payment immediately. But, especially when multiple lots have been purchased, it would be nice to hear back that the lot numbers and purchase amounts are confirmed before sending a payment... thanks.
