All that information will be provided by each group having an auction as they get it put together. For example, you can click on the link to the GPC auction right in the middle of the home page and see the information you are seeking.

The latest most wanted seeds will be offered usually one at a time, there will be a starting bid amount, if you want it you bid on it, if you are the last bid you win, you send in your money to the address given, when you pay you get your seed sent to you.

pumpkingrower3, for example the GVGO seeds offered for auction are usually proven to have produced large pumpkins. Generally over 1200 pounds and or are new seeds that have tremendous potential. The market determines the price and payments are made atyour convience. Once payment is received the seeds will be mailed out to you shipping included.
The blinking Advertisment in the top right corner of the Bigpumpkins.com page will take you right to the live GVGO auction with the current bids and lots all grouped together.
The GVGO is offering 3 easy pay options
by any of the following means
1. Paypal to gvgogrowers@gmail.com
2. Email Direct bank transfer to gvgogrowers@gmail.com
3. by mail & check to
Hope this helps

Two things to learn from the above posts:
1. Have an adult present if you intend to bid.
2. Read the auction rules and condtions which accompany each auction list CAREFULLY.
There have been issues in the past where an underaged bidder has won lot(s) and has not paid the host club. Obviously, this cheats the club out of much-needed funds. Don't get off to a bad start as a grower and have people lose faith in you and ban you from bidding in future auctions.
