What is the biggest true green grown in BC? Jake, do you own that record too?

Deb, I'm surprised that nobody has chimed in and either claimed the record or knows what it really is.
We've got an 848* burning to see soil in the red hot Pemberton valley at Chad's (gilmore) farm.

My 1033 '04 weighed at Shoreline that year was ruled a squash under the old GPC colour rules. There's a picture of it on the AGGC. I've never agreed with that ruling so as far as I know, the squash record is there for the taking by anyone willing to grow one. Go for it Glenn and Deb.

I agree with you Jake that your 1033 was not a squash. I think that the Shoreline folks might have been tired of you always taking the blue ribbon (and the cash) for pumpkins and might have been looking for a reason to stop your streak!!
Looks like we will have to plant the 848* and get greenies growing competitively in BC.
