Was there a game today? Riders beat Lions by 9 points. I think it was 26-17 - what an embarrassment!!

Yep, we got whupped. The Riders played a great defensive game and made me eat my words. The only consolation was watching the Canucks STOMP the Flames.

I'm sorry, I just had to rub it in. I've had a week to get over my disappointment. I think the Greenies are going to take it this year.
Sorry also about the Flames/Canucks comment. Maybe I'll get my 7 year old on here to get a rivaly going. He'll get some good lively debate going here! After the lockout in 1994, I couldn't really care less about hockey.

Don't appologize Alan, it's all in good fun. I do agree with your pick on the Riders especially with Kevin Glenn and his newly broken arm.

Also I wouldn't be to interested in hockey either if I had to cheer for the Flames. ;)

I think the green machine is on its way to the first Grey Cup in many many years.

I think Chad would be a Leafs fan if he had to move to Alberta....

Glenn, if you fell for that, I've got a drawer full of 1068's I can sell you. Cheap!
As for cheering for hockey teams, I'm going for the Taber Novice Razorbacks. Man, those kids can skate, especially that #10. Wow!
