Please send me an email with the following information by 15 July 2006 so that I can make sure that I have enough beer, food, water, cola, juice, beer, etc…did I mention beer?

- The names of those that will be attending.
- When you intend to arrive.
- When you intend to depart.
- If you intend on staying overnight will you bring a tent, a recreational vehicle, or stay at a hotel.
- Any special needs, for example, vegetarian, non-alcoholic drink preferences, etc.

When: Saturday 12 August 2006
Where: Hauptstr. 47, 66917 Knopp-Labach, Germany
What:
- Meet and greet with snacks and refreshments 12:00 - 13:00
- Patch Tour 13:00 - 16:00
- BBQ - 16:00 - 1700
- Free Door Prizes - 17:00 (hats, t-shirts, books, etc)
- Evening entertainment provided by whoever decides to stick around to enjoy the hospitality...LOL

Those guest who have to travel a far distance, and would prefer to come on Friday evening and spend the night, I will have snacks/sandwiches/refreshments available at no cost.

Those that decide to spend Saturday evening and travel on Sunday will be provided with coffee and pastries for breakfast, again at no cost.

Very Important - Do NOT bring any dogs or other pets. I have a Labrador and he loves people, just not any other dogs.
