This pumkins is a dream of every grower. Counter-attack of orange pumkins against light coloured pumkins, very interesting match, congrats Martin.

Hi Martin and a big Congratulation from Sweden! It will be interesting to see you use the measuring clock, I can't grow without it. A couple of years ago I grew big carrots and then I also used it. Börje

Martin. That is one mighty fine pumpkin. I really liked the giant tomato seeds you sent me last winter. They are the tastiest fruit we have ever had. The sucker that I had clipped and rooted is now producing a couple of hopeful big prospects for weigh-off in October.

So you made it official Martin, congratulations again and all the luck that nothing will happen to the most beautiful giant pumpkin over 1000 lbs in history during the last part of the season.
Now your concerns about this pumpkin not to split, about the weigh offs, the seeds etc. can be understood very well.
I keep thinking which of your achievements is the most amazing: Probably almost doubling your personal best (as an experienced grower!)? Growing the most beautiful pumpkin in history? Growing the biggest European pumpkin in history? Your entrance into the 1100 club? Showing other European growers what can be possible despite cold abnd rainy wether? ... just to mention a few. You decide.
lol ... I have another one finally ... Refusing thousands and thousands of Euro price money just to make all your seed requesters happy .. lol!
