I think it looks ok as far as I can tell. What have you added in the past year or so? Did you add regular lime anytime recently (pH and calcium are a bit high relative, but nothing to worry about)?

Your test seems to be missing organic matter and any indication of nitrogen availability. That makes it tough to give advice on those two important aspects.

I would bring the pottassium and magnesium up a little bit.
I wouldn't let the pH get any higher.

My organic matter is 8.3 and patch is 2000 square ft. Never added any lime in the last year, just some gypsum and 6 yards of mushroom compost last fall. I was thinking of adding some k-mag to bring up my potassium and magnesium.

I'd add 20 to 40 lbs of ammonium sulfate over the whole patch, depending on how aggressive you want to be with nitrogen.

You could add 10 lbs or so of K mag if you wanted to. The main reason you'd do that is to balance them out a little vs the high Ca. I'm not too concerned about that, but I don't think it would hurt.
