Is sawdust in horse manure bad? how many people use it? I've found a place somewhat local but I'm not sure how old it is but they say they have tons of it in sawdust. Would I use less leaves to counteract the sawdust?

Sawdust means that it has not been composted.
It will raise your carbon percentage, and therefore require more nitrogen to break this down. If there is not enough nitrogen in the manure to break down the coarbon in the sawdust, it will steal it from your soil.

If you have space, Get what you can. Let it compost for a while until it has broken down and then use it.
With horse manure, you will want the compost effect. This process raises the temp to 130-160 degrees and kill weed seed. Something that will just pass through the horse and into your patch.
