Is there a certain amount of kelp per square foot that you add to your patch ? Like 25 lbs, per 1000 sq ft. moore or less. thanks , Bill spring preep..

I think it's about 3LBS/100sq. ft. but I am not certain. I use an old school spreader, my arm and hand.

Actually I've read in some places they recommend 1LBS/100sq.ft. as well. Can be some spendy stuff!

Rates vary from as little as 10# / 1000 to 25# / 750 depending on who you talk to. 25# / 750 is getting spendy.
