On Wednesday, and Thursday, it was really hot, and sunny, and my plants suffered from the heat. The leaves have a little bit of brown on the edges, of the two or three budgets per plant, and I was wondering, for future reference, how to prevent leave scorch.

Shading the young leaves /vine tips. We use porch screen material stretched between stakes across the vine tips. Some plants are more susceptible to burning than others. Better rooting can help prevent this. Not a huge deal unless the main tip gets burned. By the end of June leaf scorch is a usually a distant memory. Good luck!
