Looking for some good seeds for next year, Im new to this but I found one seed for 45.00, but not sure i need to start with something so fancy as it may not live. If you can point me to a place for seeds, let me know. Thanks

Randy, are you looking to grow big or orange. I only grow orange and have several seeds that are for big and won't grow and I won't charge you a dime. Just send me a bubble. These seeds are in the 1600-1900 lb range. T

Carla Sue, I recommend you go to the Giant Pumpkin Growers Forum, March 2019 in Elk Grove---all the top CA growers are there---you will learn a lot and there are hundreds of free seeds available, better still, check the CA weigh-offs this October at Elk Grove, Half Moon Bay and Usegi Farms, and you
could ask a grower at the Forum for their seed, assuming they

Big Randy and CarlaSue, On the seed exchange board, after the weighoff season is over, lots of offers for seeds for the price of a bubble & postage show up. You can look there, see who is offering what, check their diaries so you know what the pumpkin looked like, then decide what you want. Lots of very generous growers frequent this site. Peace
