Should I prune the flowers from my vines once I have a couple of pumpkins set? Also, where can you get mill fabric?
Thanks

Some remove all flowers after they no longer need to pollinate more pumpkins as they feel any energy directed to unnecessary growth is bad, I never worry about it personally.
The big thing is to keep the new females plucked off, don't worry so much about the males, leave some pollen for the bees to take home. I take the new females as soon as they show in the tips, as it is a smaller wound and more focused healing energy in the tip, than if you wait until the pumpkin is set or a few days old.
I'm looking for mill fabric as well, lemme know when you find it! Hope to see you October 14th!

the use of some insecticides poisons the pollen and can kill the bee's that come into contact with it,so I remove all of the unneeded flowers
