In the winter when I was deciding to give this a shot, I was searching YouTube for giant pumpkin growing vids. I found some of Mark's tutorials and while I was viewing, my wife came up behind me and watched one with me. Never thought anymore about it. Fast forward to this weekend.
I manage a TB breeding farm which is where I've started my pumpkin patch. I'm out there putting down my walking boards when my wife pulls up to see what time I'm coming home for dinner. She puts down the window and shouts, "Awwwwww...isn't that cute! You want to be just like Bubba!" Then she drives off. At that moment, I turned into Ralph Kramden. "One of these days, straight to the moon!"

Thanks for bringing up one of my favorite guys. I am assembling my irrigation setup today and it looks like something designed by Ralph and Norton. Ralph never stayed mad for more than 30 minutes. Alice was always "the greatest" by the end of the episode.
