I got my first female flower on my plant and used 2 males to pollinate I'm wondering if I should have used more? It's been 1 DAP and there is no noticeable growth

One male has way more then enough pollen to get the job done. As long as its spread gently covering all parts of the lobes. So two you should be fine. Most of the time I don't see much growth the first day or two. Just look to see if the fruit still has a shine to it. If it dulls, then it didn't take. Also..I'm not sure if this is a tell tail sign of pollination, but...over the years I have noticed that small cracks form in between the lobs if a pollination took. I could be wrong. Just never heard others mention it. Also watch the temp out side the day you pollinate, if its going to be over 80.. you need to ice and cover the flower to make it a sure thing. Best of luck.!

You might take a picture with something of reference (coke can) on a daily basis. Maybe not start til day 5.

'Gently' pollinate... I have just been rubbing the stamen over the lobes, sometimes a little roughly to get the pollen off. Saying that, I've had trouble getting a pumpkin to set yet.
I decided yesterday to start using a brush for the next attempt, since I was worried I was being a bit aggressive. :)
I am glad to see the 5 day mark mentioned, since I am watching one (that got a mashing of pollen) and it hasn't taken off yet. I'll keep my optimism up. :)
