I was in Meijer eariler today, and seen they had this and it also comes in Bone Meal, and Blood Meal. Wonder it would work good on the pumpkins. Price was $7.47 a bag.
Is there any products that is "highly recommend" to get big pumpkins to grow? I've tried compost tea, it seem to work to a point. Never ordered anything, didnt want to take the chance in it not working and im out $$$ for it. My seeds are started and will be ready in a couple of weeks. Indiana has decided it wants to stay cold.

Hollandsgiants.com has a fertilizer program you can follow. I know liquid seaweed is good.

I'm using the Natures Care for the first time this year. I like the fact that it is organic slow release and has 6 species of bacillus. I put a teaspoon in each peat pot. I will mix it with Jobes Organics which has 7 different species of beneficial bacteria and put that in the planting holes and trenches for vine burying. I will still use Pumpkin Pro in the peat pots, planting holes and root nodes too.
