106 here again for third day in a row, and +100 the past 11, and I have tons of males each day. I am having problems with the females on all plants including field pumpkins. Things should get back to normal next week as Wizard said.

In my relatively short career I have never had a pumpkin abort. This year I hope my third or fourth pollination takes.

By the way pap...the 1789 is a tremendous plant. My stump is huge (but not in a bad way) and plant just wont give up, vigorous like I cannot believe. Hopefully we'll get over this phyto and dodge downy and bring something to the scales.
