I just did my first spraying with this product. It leaves a white residue on the leaves after drying---I assume that's normal---I just don't notice any that white residue on the grower diary pumpkins---does it maybe get washed off after mistings/rains?

Did you use the cencentrated and not dillute it enough? You could have just oversprayed too.

I diluted to the instructions--1 TBSP per gallon, but the solution did look a milky color. I may have over-sprayed a little?

I used Daconil last year and recall it was a thick and white in the concentrate. Since you diluted it correctly, you probably just oversprayed a bit.

Thanks Luke, I think you're right. What PM spray are you using this year--is the Eagle 20 thick and white? About time for another Luke fish pic??

I am trying Actinovate, Organocide and milk this year. Who knows if it will work. I am not sure about the color of Eagle.
I thought people were getting bored of fish pics like in 2010, so I focused on my dogs swimming in rivers. LMAO. I'd like to get some pumpkin pics in there sometime soon!

Daconil will leave white residue on the leaves, which is normal. It is not noticeable from a distance. As for what to use for PM, Eagle 20 is the best in my opinion.

Thanks Guys! Does the Eagle leave a residue also?

Yes eagle 20 is the best for powdery mildew. It may leave a white residue as well. If you use a hose end sprayer or even a pump sprayer some droplet deposits can be expected.
