what idea of the hot house? To keep the plant from frost, or to keep the low temp up What would a good low air temp and soil temp, to put the plant outside.

pumpkins prefer to have daytime temps around 75-80 and night temps 60-65 with soil temp of around 70. 55 and below the plant stops growing much. much above 90, same thing. The goal of a hot house is spend more time in the prefered zone and protect from wind, storms, and frost.

So, 75 is a good temp for the pumpkin growth throughout the whole summer Ben?

that would be the cool side but yes, assuming full sun all day, they should do well. remember that in full sun, leaf temperature will be higher than air temperature.
I struggle to keep nightime temps above 55 until well into june even with row covers and walls of water. By july we are 80-90 most days and 60-65 at night. We can get days in the 100s, but that isn't the norm. First frost can be as early as mid august, but is usually the week after Labor Day, but then we have had 90 degree days in October. I'd gladly trade for 75 all summer!
