Whens the best time to foliar feed. I am using the neptunes harvest seaweed/fish blend 2-3-1

I think once a week in the morning when it is cool. That way it wont stay overnight keeping the leaves wet and it is cool so the stuff has time to absorb before the sun bakes it on the leaves.
