Subject: Prunning leaf on younger plant

I have one leaf on the underside of my plant preventing it from completly laydon good, and the leaf is flap on the dirt. Is it ok to prune this leaf off a younger well extablished plant?

Im still new at this ,but from past posts i think its ok to prune to allow the main to come down. Please correct me if im wrong??

IF it is acting like a kickstand on a bike....then get rid of it....it is only 1 leaf. Look here:
