Where I plan to expand my patch off my garden still has sod on it. Now should I get a sod cutter to remove it/ or round up it and then till it in or what. Not quiote sure how I should approach this???

I'd just put round up on it and till it in. I did exactly that last year for a new patch I will be using this year. Last year after I got it prepped I grew corn over the summer and a bunch of winter veggies over the winter. Everything went well, I am now in the process of getting the soil amended for one of the giant pumpkins this year.
