Hi,
Yesterday I was covering my pumpkin for the night and pushed on the area around the stem and this oooze came out (kind of clear). The area is not rotted but this really concerns me. I pushed on it until all the ooze came out and wiped it clean. The stem does has minor cracking but it's not coming from the cracks. Also, my growth rate has slowed down. I sprayed it with Daconil and left it alone. Any advice out there please? Is my season over?

Clean it out and then Use 91 % alcohol that you can get at any drug store and spray it on and put a fan on it 24 hours a day till it dries out.
